The mark side tang reads:
Rodgers
Sheffield
England

The pile side stamp reads:
Stainless
Inox

As for the knife itself, the Sheffield cutlers didn't tend to have specific models with fixed names the way we have come to expect from Victorinox and Wenger. They just produced a lot of options and you picked what you wanted. I have a similar knife without the backspring tools, and in use it should serve you well .... providing you don't try to use the Phillips driver which will probably cam out of every screw you try it in unfortunately ::)

Can anyone tell me the hallmarks. It's also missing the tweezers. I hope the sak ones will fit. According to Ebay it's not very valuable but since it was a thoughtful gift the intrinsic value is priceless.

yes, I agree. The Vic could even have a line like you said. I love the Vic, but I confess I have a soft spot for Wenger ;)
