I'm in the EU but I gave my Wave to friend in the states to send it back to Leatherman for a warranty repair. I did this mainly because shipping from here is nearly as expensive as buying a new one. Because I'm in the EU I can't access the warranty page on Leatherman's site. Can somebody in the USA tell me where my friend should send the Wave so that it can be assessed, and hopefully repaired or replaced. Thanks.

Looks like your friend will have to fill out this contact form to get the require info to get a warranty return#.
There is also this contact us webpage:

Sorry this wasn't much help but it looks like you (or your friend in the states) have to send in your info before they say where to send the tool.

You should have made contact with the official importer in your country, and send it to them.
And they will have it repaired with you.
In the Former communist EU countries , the official importer does sometimes charge you for repair, some imagined tax, LMN seems to be ok with that so...

Unfortunately the first link won't work for me, as they have seen my ip address is in EU. Any chance of a screenshot?
Raoul the importer here doesn't do repairs.

Hey plowjockey1,
it's whitby & co for us.
I did use them twice and they simply exchanged my Surge, Wave and Rebar to a new one.
Details are here...

They've mostly replaced my stuff for like, but they did once repair a Charge for me. They must be sick of me by now, with the amount of stuff I've sent in for warranty.

Oh... well... you know...?

Let me get this straight. Your friend is in the US and has your Wave ready to send to Leatherman for warranty work?
He/she doesn't know where to send it?
Can they access the internet? They can fill out the form online and send it in as instructed. Do you have to walk them thru the process?
18008478665 they can give them a call or you can.
