This one comes straight out of Dealextreme for $2 shipped (http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.4642). It has a few different wrench sizes, a long phillips head screwdriver and a bottle opener. I've certainly seen more compact solutions for this few tools, but if you find yourself often needing a phillips head that reaches into stuff (like toys) this might be $2 worth spending.
