Just a heads up, found a few of the Garants on eBay today. New for $70 shipped from the Ukraine.

Most remarkable features about the Garant are the inclusion of a ballpoint (which Victorinox did not include in their original designs),
the graduated tweezers, the squarish scales, and the orange coloured plastic bits for BP and tweezers (not shown on my pics)
IMHO, as a real work knife, it should include the OH blade, a Phillips screwdriver instead of the corkscrew, and the dual density scales.
It also goes to prove that if Victorinox really wanted it, they could turn out tweezers and BP in just about any colour. Black would be nice for a start.

Niiiiice
Did you just speak German to me? :D

I just wonder how many knives one must order for Victorinox to get one's own designed knife. Must be several thousands specimens.
These Garant knives are only sold by Garant's (online) shops. As far as I know you can only order from Garant when you are with a company or an independent entrepreneur.

As Garant mainly distributes in Germany afaik, the use of a non-OHO blade may be a good choice to keep the knife legal. I do agree on the Corkscrew, though.
The scales were a special run for Garant, maybe they did not want to pay extra for DD or it was not worth it for the number they made.
I guess apart from the mad nuts around here, demand for coloured toothpicks and tweezers or ballpoint tips will be so small that it is not worth a second thought for Vic. I would take a few black ones, too if they ever show up, btw.
PS: Before buying from the Ukraine for over 70 €, try buying from Hoffmann (Garant) directly - They sell the knife for around 43,- €.

How many examples of non-standard tweezer tips are there?
Red 58mm (Limited Edition Classics)
Orange 91mm/111mm (Black Ice, Garant)
Red 91mm (Mexican Soccer team)
The red 91mm ones are the least common I think. Any ideas?

Don´t be afraid to use it. They are meant to be used and available new from Hoffmann/Garant.
-
I wish someone would make custom 111mm plus scales...

Indeed - 656 of them available in the online store right now. That said products do come and go in the Garant product line as well, so no guarantee they'll be around in the future.
-
Didn’t realize they were still available.
Use it, I shall!!!!

I’ll probably end up swapping the scales to my GAK for the OHO
