Yes I noticed the corkscrew! :twak:
Where on earth did you find that one?

Ouch! I found it in a small store near my house (can you belive my luck?)

Hehe, you lucky bugger! Congrats, I was beginning to think none of those ever made it outside of Switzerland! ;)
-
And oops, that Twak smiley was supposed to be a Drooler!
-
oh, no problem, i have a very hard head! :D
Carlos

So what do you think of the folding two-man crosscut saw and folding machete on it? ;)
-
Well, the saw is the best i've ever tried in a multi (have another wenger this size and love the saw); and the folding machete is very good, but i just wish that it had a drop or a spear point instead of the clip, just a matter of personal preferences.

Now that is one serious bit of kit :)

I love the look of the Swissgrip.
Tim (felinevet) is doing a group buy if anyone is interested in getting one. More details here http://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,3995.0.html

Wow, a SwissGrip with a corkscrew, and an Iron Grip! You got me beat- my SwissGrips both have Phillips drivers on them and some guy wrote all over my IronGrip! :P

I love the Ranger series saw- it offers so much more reach over any other folding multi saws and took first place in my Wood Saw Shootout (http://www.sosakonline.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=115&Itemid=35) some time ago... well second place behind a dedicated hacksaw!

Ohh, that's an ugly writing over the IronGrip! You must feel really bad >:D
Carlos

Maybe some acetone would clean that up. ;)
Mike

Possibly, but I think I'm going to have to buff the other ones out! :D

You didn't say much about your Iron PocketGrip Carlos. That is the first one I've seen with blunt nose pliers. :)

Shame on me! You are right, i almost forgot. I got the IronGrip about a year ago, after reading some reviews on the main site, and the one you made some time ago in this forum (wonder why was never posted in the main site?). This one has blunt nose pliers, a plain edge blade and the locking mechanism is a sliding tab instead of a pivot, but i think there are more variations than we can imagine. I don't use it much, but really like it, it's a cool little tool.

Its my favorite PocketGrip. Much thinner than the normal red cellidor ones. :)

I'm about to put the order in so any last minute reservations need to let me know right away, thanks.
