Title: Bessey huge scissor multitool
Post by: Vidar on December 01, 2017, 04:31:02 PM
Came across this odd one out, and decided to get one and take a look. I suppose it is a rebranded something something, but I might be wrong? (Added a SAK and a Wave for scale).

Yes, that file does indeed seem like a waste of space. They should do it right or don't bother at all.

Not really sure what this thing is intended for? Who has a scissor like that as top priority? Gardeners? The infamous bonsai forum? I am a bit at a loss for the reason this one exists? (I have some clamps and stuff from Bessey which I'm pretty sure they actually make, but it is hard to see any connection or use there).

I have that one. There is room for another blade next to the blade, as well as one tool in the other handle. The Phillips could be twice the thickness, there's plenty of room for it. Or, they could have made the whole thing slimmer. And there's handle splay as well. But it cuts really well.

I also have one of these. Is a great tool for what I paid for it. It has one of the best, if not THE best set of scissors I have ever used on a multitool. The rest of the tools are pretty good, but not great. They do not lock.
