When I want to visit Leatherman.com (even when I click on a link in one of the topics here, like in this (https://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,76106.msg1646418.html#msg1646418) topic) I automatically get redirected to Leatherman.be, which only shows the stuff they sell in Belgium and none of the "special versions" like the Red Cross Charge, or the new Camo Charge for example.
I tried clearing browser history and cookies, I tried to check the settings in FireFox if I could turn off my location or something ...
This only started last week or so, before that I could visit Leatherman.com without any problems, but now it seems I get forced to use the Belgian site :viking:.

same here, but instead I get redirected to .es
I hate the new trend of forced redirection

Same here... .com redirects me to .fr
Is Opera + a VPN the only solution ?...
BTW the Red Cross Charge AL is sold out...

Probably not, but it's easy enough and free option (the VPN built into Opera is free)
Any VPN that lets you set yourself as based in the Americas should work.
On one hand it's great that they're trying to better serve clients by redirecting them to local sites, you should be able to choose... I might be a US citizen that's on business in Spain... The same goes for language, it should be based on what my browser language is set to, not where I'm surfing from.

Would going incognito mode work for you guys ?
-
No... I guess the redirection is IP based...

Your internet provider can be the cause, likely from an update to their DNS (domain name server). A Proxy service would allow you to work around the limitation.
I cannot recommend a service presently as I shut down all my computers and now rely on a Chrome book for internet browsing and online transactions.
