Title: The Warranty Thread: Yes or No
Post by: Happy Gilmore on March 29, 2019, 01:43:25 PM: I really think we need this kind of thread in the Leatherman Forum. Every warranty thread has been really useful info, but it would be great to have it all in one place.

Let me start this off with my PS4, I love it minus the scissors that are really really loose. Here is a picture of it.

Post by: AimlessWanderer on March 29, 2019, 01:55:53 PM: When (not if) the scissor spring breaks, I'd say yes. However, I'd be tempted to fix that issue myself. I had a badly made (30th anniversary) Micra, which suffered in much the same way. I used a pin punch and a few slaps with a tapping bat to get it fixed up. I think everyone should be able to do simple scissor maintenance, just as everyone should be able to sharpen a knife.
