One photo piqued my curiosity, which is a great thing as I always tend to learn something new when that happens.

Battlship Island/Ghost Island/ Hashima Island Japan.

I did not know of its history, let alone its existence.

Additionally there is a vast difference between the suburbs in the 'Western World' and those in the favelas in Rio and Cape Town  :-\
