Maybe if Darth Vader had been given a SwissChamp he would have been to busy fiddling with it and fixing stuff to have gotten into trouble.

Any light that was dark enough to get a good shot of the lightsaber was too dark to see the SAK, and vice versa. This was the closest compromise between the two I got without resorting to my awful Photochop skills.
