Title: Cheap Chinese Victorinox copy... pretty much awful. But the scales are decent

The short of it is: The knife is completely awful in every way except one: With a tiny bit of work, the wooden scales fit Victorinox knives. So you're paying $14 for some (tool-less) wooden scales and a large lump of useless metal.
