I would like to see if we can make a difference...if we get enough people on here to write to Victorinox, they might respond to us. I've been looking quite a bit on reviews online and message boards and it seems, at least for urban edc's, that there is a large call for the inline Philip's, scissors, mag glass, and the wrench.
Swiss champ and Hercules has this, but are both considered slightly too bulky and not streamlined for everyday pocket carrying. Evo s557 is good, but does not have the classic victorinox fit and finish. Deluxe tinker comes the closest, but does not have the coveted inline Philip's.
Yeoman mechanic has all of these implements. I've also seen several members say on here it's their goto knife.
Let's see if we can write to Victorinox and get this reissued. Whadd'ya say?

It would be nice to have a thin SAK with pliers easily available.

Clearly a Swisschamp XLT without ten layers and minus plus scales. Otherwise identical to a XLT.

There ya go.
I'm willing to bet TP is selling it for around $80!
Seriously though, good luck.
Even more seriously... lots and lots of good luck.
