As we seem to have quite a few RPG aficionados on the forum, I thought it would be appropriate to get some creative minds together and
at least have fun with an idea of a MTO RPG. :pok:
Whether you have an idea of an item, quest, character or just plain ol' MTO craziness, post it here!
Format is completely free.
Let's start with...
Scroll of Magic Blabbing
Item: Magic Scroll
Description: Grants the caster the ability to spam like the best of us.
Effect: Spamming Ability +"Over Nine Thousand!"

Creature: Spirit/Minor Deity
Special Ability: Causes immediate affliction of ADOSS (Attention Deficit... ooh, so shiny!)

Description: A lightweight, single layer SAK that somehow produces exactly the implement you need when you open it.

Summon Skeletool
Spell: Conjuration
Add a Skeletool to character's inventory for the remainder of their tribulation...
Not guaranteed to fix the problem, but close enough.

Summon Advanced Skeletool
Spell: Conjuration
Add Skeletool CX with full Bit Kit to the character's inventory for the remainder of their tribulation.
Not guaranteed to fix the problem, but close enough. Maybe better with the Bit Kit.

The Black Surge of Chaos
Grants the user a +1d6 STR and DEX. 10% chance of being possessed by Khorne while deployed.
While possessed, the Black Surge of Chaos becomes 20% lighter and causes the user to scream "For The Darks Gods!'.
Comes with a cool carrying case.
Use at your own risk.

The Hook of a hundred Uses +1
Enchantment.
Grant the user who has a SAK equipped in main weapon slot 4 turns of hook usage.
Adds 1D6 to INT for 4 turns also. Player most roll a Saving Throw for Tool Folding at the beginning of each turn.

Vorpal Knock Off
It looks like a quality multipurpose tool of any major brand. Until you look at it closely. Technically a cursed object, this tool will break on any natural fumble. Dex save to avoid having it cut your throat. If a critical fail, decapitation. Any other fail, take damage to head and neck as per a small knife. Even if the Dex check is successful, make a second Dex check to avoid damage as per a small knife to the dominant hand.
Seriously, you bought multitool marked "Maid in Asstown" off the back of a wagon from a cross eyed orc called Honest Hungrel. What did you expect?

N_N_R Blade
Your weapon is possessed by the spirit of N_N_R. Any damage roll is doubled and the damage applied to yourself. The only way to cleanse the blade is to bury it for 1 year.

Sheeple Appeasing SAK
Item: Weapon/Amulet/Tool
Classic SD. When carried as a pendant, it attracts sheeples and turns their aversion of knives into approval. On a roll of 18+ on a 1D20, 1D6 of sheeple exposed to it (with a minimum of 2) also aquire the same item (basic model) and are permanently turned into normal humans. These, in turn, have the same effect on every sheeple they encounter in the future.
It can awlso be used as a weapon (Dmg 1d4/2 rounded up, +2 conceal) or to replace any other small hand tool (-2 to target roll on cutting tools, -3 awl other tools).
Upgrades:
Led - Afects 1D6 sheeple on a roll of 16+ on a 1D20 (with a minimum of 2), Dmg (1d4+1)/2 rounded up, +1 conceal.
Alox scales - Afects 1D8 sheeple on a roll of 15+ on a 1D20 (with a minimum of 3), Dmg 1d4/2 rounded up, +3 conceal.
Pen - Afects 1D6 sheeple on a roll of 16+ on a 1D20 (with a minimum of 2), Dmg 1d4/2 rounded up, +1 conceal. Once every day, on a +18 on a 1D20, roll a 1D8. On a roll of 7+, create a Level 1 Spell scroll.

Kirky blaming scroll
Whenever you or any item you carry/equip sustain damage, roll a 1D6. On a roll of 4+, show the scroll while shouting :kirky: to avoid any damage/efects.
If you can not shout and/or move, you can't use the scroll.

El Peacent pocket of blades
Item: magical pouch
When you put two regular cutting items in it, roll a 1D12. The items size must be equivalent to or lesser than a shortsword. Can be used once a day.
On a roll of 12, retrieve the original items plus a replica of the larger one.
On a roll of 10+, retrieve the original items plus a replica of the smaller one.
On a roll of 8+, retrieve the original items plus a replica of the smaller one with half the original size.
On a roll of 1, retrieve the original items, the larger one with half the original size.
