Well, this year we are changing things up a bit, but don’t worry, because this will still be long-winded. :P
Ordinarily we hand out a pile of free advertising to all kinds of manufacturers who send us prizes to hand out, and that is wonderful, but this year we are going to do things a little differently and keep the party in house. After all, no one appreciates our members like our members.
Don’t worry though, we will still have some giveaways- we may change a bit, but we won’t change that much!
What else are we doing? Well, first off, we are celebrating 12 years with 12% off on absolutely everything in stock in The Multitool.org Store (https://store.multitool.org/) all through July when you use the code DIRTY DOZEN at checkout- and we will have some cool new stuff in there, like some Swiss Army Knights patches to go along with the fantastic Multitool.org patches (https://store.multitool.org/departments/multitoolorg-patch-stitch-on-no-velcro-264.html) we had made a few months ago! And there’s more- we are heading for another huge change, although hopefully it will be seamless to most of you. I know some of you will experience problems though- we have made this change a few times in our past, and while Micah works hard to make the transition as smooth as possible, there are always issues.
Yup, you got it, we are working on migrating to a new server host company. This will be our 4th company in 12 years, which isn’t bad, and unlike our change from Smurferloft (https://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,35438.0.html), we have nothing but thanks and gratitude to give our current host, Prime Relay. They have been excellent partners over the years (https://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,46870.0.html), and I will greatly miss them after they close their doors. I’m still looking at options regarding new hosts, so if you have any thoughts on the matter or are willing or able to help with the transfer process in any way, please send me a PM. I don’t know what will need doing yet, but Micah works plenty hard for us here and might appreciate a few extra hands.
I'm also going to dig up a few of my favorite old threads that I think newer members may enjoy and may not have seen, and I encourage all of you, especially the longer time members to do the same! It doesn't seem right to celebrate an anniversary without thinking of the cool things that happened to get us this far.

Stuff like this might happen a lot more than you think. A close friend of mine is an orthopedic surgeon and he told me stuff like this happens sometimes. Especially when they get patients that had previous surgery abroad it happens that during an operation they get surprised by unusual screws or protheses and they have to improvise or send someone to home depot to get some tools that fit.

I have changed a couple of things in the settings that will hopefully fix it all, and I will bring my laptop with me in case it isn't and I can try something else later. Unfortunately, nothing else will ship until Monday as we are heading out of town. If you would like to wait until Monday to place the order then that is absolutely fine too.

The Major gives the rope a fix 7. Wladislaw throws the hook to heaven 8. Jimenez has got a date 9. The other guys go up the line 10. Sawyer and Lever are in the pen 11. Posey guards points five and seven 12. Wladislaw and the Major go down to delve 13. Franko goes up without being seen 14. Zero-hour - Jimenez cuts the cable, Franko cuts the phone 15. Franko goes in where the others have been 16. We all come out like it's Halloween.
