Threw some items together...
Paracord bracelet has whistle and flint striker.
Cigar tube does not carry a cigar (boo-hoo) but slivers of fatwood. The tube is also wrapped
with additional duck tape.
Mini LED Keychain light
SAK VIC Spartan Lite
Lighter
Carabiner

That looks like one of my keyrings. :)
How big is the ferro rod in that buckle- I assume it is the one where the center tongue is replaced with the flint. And how sparky is it? I've been looking at those.

Maybe add some jute twine to the cigar holder? I have found jute to be very receptive to sparks thrown from cheap ferro rods. Nice set up especially being on the biner :tu:

The ferro rod is tiny.....maybe 3/4" long. I should give 'er a go to she if she really does spark.
I'd use the lighter and fatwood before the ferro rod.

I think I have something similar to what you had for the 'survival' bracelet(I am a sucker for all thing 'survival', except BG stuff), and for mine, the ferro rod is a tiny piece inside the buckle of the bracelet. I have tested the ferro rod in the past and it worked ok, but I do worry whether it will break/fall out of the buckle if I use it enough of times.

Agreeed.

+1 That's why I am a ferro rod, waterproof matches and Bic lighter kind of guy. :D
