Found a NOS Wenger Tradesman, and I'd like your opinions on pouches. I'm thinking a Zermatt Leather or Skinth. Opinions on both? Which size? Thanks!

I've never handled that particular SAK, but it might just fit in a small Zermatt pouch. The Zermatts are decent quality, but I always found myself accidentally popping the snap open when wearing mine. Skinths are definitely a great choice. High quality, and lots of storage in a slim package. I'm thinking the S Shield would work, though it will have some extra space around the knife. This could be ameliorated by items placed in the side slots if that's acceptable. If not, maybe look at the Micro Shield. I don't have any hands on experience with that model though.

Also, Skinths is made by one of our very own here on MTO.

I should mention the Tradesman is a 4 layer 85mm as well. I'm slowly leaning towards the Skinth.....

Wait time on the Skinth can be long from what I've read recently. The product is pretty terrific however so a wait will be well worth it.
I'd go Skinth since you're asking.

Yeah, it can easily hit 2 months. But like you said, it's worth the wait. :tu:

Thanks for the input guys, I'm leaning more to the Skinth.
