Title: Beef Potjie
Post by: Max Stone on May 20, 2023, 01:01:35 PM: Traditional South African cooking. Basically a 3 legged Dutch oven over an open fire. Uses milk stout (malted beer).

I might finally get to try a potjie myself this summer... We've mostly just stuck to braais, as that's what everyone was most enthusiastic about.
