Title: Beef Potjie

Traditional South African cooking. Basically a 3 legged Dutch oven over an open fire. Uses milk stout (malted beer).

Hope you finished off with a melktert?

I might finally get to try a potjie myself this summer... We've mostly just stuck to braais, as that's what everyone was most enthusiastic about.
