The latest in my card collection is an unbranded hobo knife in card format fro fleabay
Like most cheap cards it is thicker than nessary. The function of it on the other hand is there.
And that knife is the sharpest I have seen on an off brand card.
Is seems like it will make a nice companion to my eat-n-tool.

It does look pretty cool. I'd like to hear how it actually works in use. Unless this is just meant for the collection?

After using this tool for a couple of meals alongside another hobo and several sporks I think I'm ready to discuss both its pros and cons. The pros are size, weight (36g), and having a real knife. The fork however is a big con, and requires you to pair it with another tool if you are planing primary use. In all honesty this is only advertised for fruit and light picknik foods on the package, not as a main mess utensil.
The issue with the fork is that it is essentialy an olive/hors d'oeuvre fork. This is nessary to keep the size down but eliminates the possibility of eatinf foods that are scoop-able rather than stab-able. Eating pasta, mashed potatoes and the like are out of the question; while steak and mushrooms are the bane of EatNTool's existance which the card handled with ease. The knife cuts well, unlike the "saw" thats on my LightMyFire knock offs.
In the end I figure this will fill out the voids in the EatNTool abilities while still coming in at less than half the weight of the Ozark Trail Hobo.

Dinner tonight; top sirloin, mushroom port sause, mashed potatoes, biscuits, and 7up cake.
This is a huge improvement from the freeze dried mac-n-cheese I usualy eat late night.

Note the EatNTool is barely able to skewer a mushroom, so forget sticking steak...oops the pic is of the 1 time I got it to hold the steak.

Dont bother with rice, and the only reason the taco meat is holding is cause its cold and glued together with its own grease

Interesting how well it complements the Eat'N Tool.
The edges look a little rough though. Is it comfortable to eat with or did you have to develop a way to safEly eat with it?

The stamping is actualy fairly clean with no real burs that I've noticed. It is actualy smoother than the folding SS spork, and that isnt dangerously sharp either. It could just be the pics.
Heres some pics of the other 2 sporks; both from fleabay's china dropship sellers.
The knock-off LightMyFire sporks are shorter, thiner, and more flexable than the real ones I've seen.
The folding SS spork has crisp almost sharp edges similar to dollar store flatware.
