:tu: :tu: Aren't those blades awesome?Yea to be such a small blade it is pretty useful. It isn't very good at food prep though. I learned that lesson last night. But that's not really its intended purpose anyway.
I carried a classic in the past but never really loved them. Usually they wound up lost. The Rambler just feels so much more complete with the added Phillips driver and bottle opener.

Finally got both sick kiddos to take a nap. And had a free moment to work on my "hunnie do"list. I have been needing to remove the receptacle as it is sitting too deep in the wall for the cover to fit properly. Not too big a job but all my tools are outside. And if I went out to get them it would wake my kids. So I decided to use what I had on me.
And that was the rambler.
Was able to remove the cover using the file driver. Unscrew the receptacle using the Phillips driver (which was a little small but it worked) used the can opener to adjust the tabs to catch on the wall correctly. Then reinstalled everything in reverse order. Had use the flat driver to get good torque on the Phillips screw but over all I was blown away.
I never thought that a keychain tool would be changing a receptacle. Kinda a Macgyver moment for me today.

Assembled a new toy for the kids. Some kind of 3 tier car raceway. Had about 10 Phillips screws that the rambler willingly installed.

Used the rambler to facilitate installing a LED light and dimmer switch. Used the blade to strip the wire and the Phillips/can opener to bend it.

With only 1 tool separating the Rambler from the classic, it sets the SAK in another league. The Phillips driver is such a useful tool for me. I used it countless time and even on screws much larger than it was designed for.
If I had one complaint it t would be about the blade. It's super useful in its small size it it did not stay sharp very long. I found it needed constant touching up.
Overall this was a great experience for me. And it showed me just how much you can do with a 58mm SAK.
