Title: Time for a mora badge
Post by: Noa Isumi on January 30, 2017, 03:29:51 PM
When the call for chili came I couldn't say no. I needed to make a pot as soon as it was meantioned. And what better way to show off a Mora. Usualy I use a Vic pearing knife for this kind of work, but today is the Mora's time to shine.  It did well at slicing up some peppers, onions, and garlic.  This one is actually a favorite at Halloween for carving pumpkins. I have a few others hanging around but they are more craft than kitchen use. It was actually the smaller size of traditional wood handled Mora Rapala filet knife that used to be my go in the kitchen for many years.

Now all this needs is to cook down for the next 8hrs.
