Edged Tools / Re: MTO Unleashed!

I have a SwissCard in my wallet but I always forget. Probably because I´m carrying other SAKs as well.

Me too - the Swiss Card lite is always with me no matter what else I’m carrying as it’s always in my wallet! Doesn’t stop me doubling up on scale tool, mind you!

DAY 2: I started day 1 with a SAK that just arrived via UPS.  Today I have what I think was my first knife.  This is a 50 year old Ulster official Boy Scout knife in the traditional scout-utility pattern.  The faux stag scales are in great condition, the bail long since lost (it wasn't attached very well to begin with).  I didn't know much about knives 50 years ago, and this should have been returned, the back spring for the blade provides no snap at all, and the blade can hit the spring in one spot when closed.  Despite that, it's served me for 5 decades.

Despite that, it's delightfully charming.  :like:

I should be here in this thread much more often... I love wood and I have many wood handled knives.

My blue scaled Swiss Champ should be here today. It'll be the first MT/SAK that I've added to my collection in many years.

The best tool is the one at hand.
I don't use the knife of my SwissCard lite often at all, but it's there when needed.
And it has other tools as well and compensates for the missing scale tools on other pocket knifes.

I have a SwissCard in my wallet but I always forget. Probably because I´m carrying other SAKs as well.

Well my Barlow arrived today, but is it a Barlow  :dunno:  says Bunny knife on the blade, new one on me but a quick search suggests it was a popular pattern in Australia, this one made in Italy for Whitby, really nice knife i really like it, i suppose the fact its stamped "Bunny Knife" means it's a Bunny knife and not a Barlow, or is it a Barlow Bunny, Bunny Barlow..who knows, i'm calling it a Barlow anyway so i can say to anyone that will listen that i now have a Barlow

The octagonal bolsters are pretty uncommon.

Hope your day gets better, IIRC, you are pretty good at the 93mm peening, maybe this can be fixed?
You're giving me way too much credit :D

I thought we had  a similar thread for multi-tools as well, but can't find it, if it even exists, so I'll just post this bargain here.
