No, just a really good quality stainless steel spoon, a vice, hacksaw, file, sandpaper.....and a strong drive to make a cup of tea
Very awesome collection of MUTTs Thanks for sharing could we get some closer up pics sometime and more differences (some of the differences are more obvious than others for sure)
I recently decided, regarding my assortment of Leatherman MUTTs, that maybe I should part with duplicates. Unfortunately, I have no duplicates! Some are very similar, but for very by subtle features, like how course the teeth are on the plier Jaws or the shape of the catch that holds the tool in the closed position. Here's my MUTT family: [ Quoting of attachment images from other messages is not allowed ] [ Quoting of attachment images from other messages is not allowed ] [ Quoting of attachment images from other messages is not allowed ] Oh, well...I guess I'd better just hang on to all of them! And, finally, the locking mechanism: [ Quoting of attachment images from other messages is not allowed ] Thanks for putting up with my lack of expertise in posting photos. T-A
Hi, Im new to the club but maybe someone here can help me. A few days ago, I got a MUT (newest version all black) but it's a PITA to remove the large bits from the handle, you need another tool to push them out.Any advice on how to correct this?I cleaned the tool with Clenzoil before using it, but this did not help at all, I applied oil but the bits still won't come out!Thank you.
