Bee's first solo flight today. I had an x-ray appointment and didn't think the staff would be too impressed with me carrying a PST, a Rebar and a Farmer with me so I stowed everything but Bee in my bag, safely back at work.

Aside from this weird obsession I have with woodsaws om my MT's, I'm really enjoying my new PST II, especially when accompanied by my ever present Rambler for the T&T. I'm very impressed with the scissors on this and it's curious why they aren't standard for all the LM models

The scissors are present on many models.

The PST II, was the founding member of scissors on many models including the FUSE, BLAST, WAVE, CHARGE, SURGE and a few others.

Where the original PST, POCKET SURVIVAL TOOL, beget the SUPERTOOL line, the useful REBAR.

Even though your PST II, does not carry the markings on the handle, it started an entire new lineage of MTs with scissors, diamond dust files and different LM tool sets.

Ah, thanks LC. My only other experience with LM scissors was the small ones on the Wave and I disliked them greatly  :rofl:
