It looks like a 85 mm Standard Series 1.01.10 or 1.01.11 but with locking blade:

Wenger Cumberland No. 16981.  Was in the Precise 1979 catalog.  There are a bunch of Wengers with the Backpacker logo and blade etch.  Best wishes.  Gary

And those Wengers are often so difficult to classify/list etc etc due name changes, international variations, and minor tool variations -
But so often, as in this case, the model is actually somewhere there in SAKWiki !!
