Who does'nt have a PST,PST II, Or gerber 600

None of these have been used. the LM boxes are nice.

PST black box 94 model. Leather sheath.

Other PST 99 model with nylon sheath, It has a Federal Signal Logo on one side.

Gerber 600 Bluntnose with tool kit. Box is a little banged up But contents are new condition.

Open to trade offers. if nothing then I will put prices on and move to the For sale forum in a couple days.

Decided to add a PST II. Not new but very VGC. An early one. 96. Not marked PST II

I only have two of them. Mind you, I just realised that all of my Gerbers are needle-nose, except that old multiplier I picked up for £3 or whatever it was. Weird huh? It's not like I specified or anything.

Are the blunt nosed pliers fewer in number do you think?

EDIT: I'm ignoring the PST II, as I can't afford to go down that route too

At first ALL the Gerbers were blunt nose. Even in the era when they were called Multi-Locks (like the one in Dennis' picture) the majority were still blunt. After that I think the needlenose generally became more popular.

To be fair - I can see why. I find pliers much more useful when they're needle nose.

I guess that is why the tips of the pliers stick out too much on the MP600 then. Becuase they were designed for something shorter? I always thought that was disappointing the way that the needle nose doesn't fit right, but maybe now we know why.
