We need a smiley face icon that shows him surrounded by multitools and gadgets and his empty wallet is open and moths are flying out of it.

THe 178 has a serrated blade

Yes and they're a huge 3 3/4" long.  The lock is quite cleaver as you press the Wenger logo to release it.  The only problem is that as a lefty I find getting my thumb to the thumb-hole a bit tricky as the can opener partially obscures it, I tend to use my middle finger to help start to open it.  It can be done but it's not as natural as it is in the right hand.  I think you are in the same boat aren't you?
Be excellent to each other and always know where your towel is.

That 60 looks very pretty.  Do you think you'll still have a few come next week?

Yeah, sadly I am. There's a lot of one hand openers that I really like but are too bloody awkward to use. My perfect tool would be a left handed Charge I think.

Thanks for the info  :tu:

Did you get a chance to look at the one handed Trekker at the meet-up?  It has strong left-handed tendencies with its reversed liner lock.  I should add that I really like my Ranger 78 and it's a very good knife.  The Grip scales would make it even better.
