I'm going to stand by my original suggestion of the Gerber Gator II axe. I just got one, and man is it awesome. Granted, it was pretty dull out of the clampack, but about 10 minutes later I could shave my arm hair with it. Really nice size for bushcraft, and the added saw in the handle is an INCREDIBLE benefit.-Dough
