Crazy Busy!!!! Our second home in the desert is taking all my time

Hi all.... I just wanted to check in and let everyone know why I haven't been around lately. I just closed escrow on our second home out in the desert here in CA. The whole process has has really kept me hopping! I'm sorry if I haven't returned pm's in a timely manor as I don't have internet access where I'm at yet. I should have all the loose ends finished by the end of the week, so I should be back to normal really soon. I appreciate everyone's patience and if I have a deal pending with you I can assure you that I'll make it up to you. 


Dennis, I haven't forgot about you buddy, so just give me a few more days.
