What's that small light sitting atop the C2 Centurion?
Quote from: Sazabi on November 21, 2009, 09:23:18 PMWhat's that small light sitting atop the C2 Centurion? That´s the backup light a shortened Fenix E01.
Same output as the stock version, one button cell Renata 357 (1,5 V, 190 mAh) runtime approx. 1,5 h regulated.(Image removed from quote.)
The original E01 is ok, but I like to play with my lathe...
While I still have my Fenix L0D on my keys I now also carry my Eagletac P10A. I'm more than satisfied with it's performance.
That's a good point. One of the things I like about the mini-maglite's LED upgrades is that you can still take off the head and be left with a proper "candle" mode.

I picked up one of the Mighty Lights off County Comm to beef up the order a bit and that makes a great "lantern" - have you seen them?

Good are they? For what they are and cost yeah. I'm really impressed. Here you go: http://www.countycomm.com/mightylite.htm - there's a youtube video showing how it works. It would make a great lantern in a small tent, but it's not a bad torch either. Especially at less than $10 atm.
I like to carry three lights but one must be pure flood as I've found since owning a mule, pure flood is very good for looking at objects close up without the light bouncing back in your eyes
but 7 torches, how will i explain that to her paul

If my Novatac isn't floody enough, I always have a Zebralight nearby. It's not "pure" flood, but very close.
