Sorry for the late reply.
At least I got 3 billion points! (^_-)v
Thank you.

By the way,

I have looked into it since then and found very little information on these series of Herbertz multi-tools.

I found an advertisement that might identify when these tools were launched.

Advertisement of Yamahide Cutlery Mfg. INC. Knife Magazine No.87 (April 2001), Vol. 16, No. 2, p. 48

Yamahide Cutlery imported and sold these 5types of tools from Herbertz in Germany.

#159200 Pliers
#159300 Mini Knife (Scissors, Nail file, Knife)
#159400 Multi Knife (Scissors, Knife, Pliers, Bottle opener, Flathead driver, Lanyard ring)
#158500 Spanner (#159500? misprint?)
#159600 Nail Care (Nail crip, File, Nail creaner)

In the next issue, these tools were introduced as "New Products."

An unsigned article. “New Products”. Knife Magazine No.88 (June 2001), Vol. 16, No. 3, p. 32

Of course "New Products" means "Products which are newly sold in Japan", So it's not meant that Herbertz newly released them. But I think it was not too far from it.

I have no solid proof, but I believe these tools were launched in 2001.
I would like someone who is fluent in German to look into this matter.
