Khukri??

I'm thinking about getting a Khukri  as a fixed bladed backup for my SAKs/MTs.

Here are 2 possibles:

I'm afraid I've no experience with either of those so can only advice you on that pattern

Personally I'd go for the Angkhola as there usually a stronger, more sophisticated design (proper wood cutting bevel's ect) and would make a better wood's/survival knife imo

If you want a traditional Kukri, then the best I've come across are the Tora range, and I can't really recommend them enough...

But if you want the finest Kuk out there, then hunt down a Cold Steel Carbon V Gurhka Kukri, as that's the finest knife of any type I have ever used

Mike's the guy to advise you on Kukri's, I have one but I only walk around pretending to decapitate my minions with it. 

Both of those look pretty sweet.    I'd be inclined to go with the Angkhola as well if I had the choice.
