I've got a H60 and that Utrafire charger.  I can vouch for both being really great items.

The UF charger charges 14500, 17500, 18500, 17670 and 18650 cells, and it charges then really quickly.  If you look around you can get an in car power cable for it as well.

The H60 is a great little multifunction light.  True flood beam profile, varied modes with long runtimes and very versatile with al included accessories.
