Here is an organizer made by Stormtracker over at EDCF.  He calls these UNIKITS, they come in small and large sizes.  He will custom tweak them to your specs.

This forum is a dangerous place for a guy that have no job

But on another note, do you guys use every thing that you have in the organizers ???

Yep!

Except the whistle.  Haven't had to use that yet. (And hope I never do.)

If you mean daily, then no. If you mean weekly, then yes. With the exception of the magnesium fire starter.. I do carry some survival kit that sees little if any use. Thankfully. Unless you count practice.

But then my organizer is part of a larger EDC bag that varies from day to day... week to week... year to year.

OK this seems to be a reasonable load for my organiser.

Included is:
Zebra 301 Ultra
Pencil
Notebook
Ruler
Vic Huntsman
Whistle
Bic type lighter
LM Kick
Eagletac P10A
SS Sharpie.
Be excellent to each other and always know where your towel is.

I need one now..  :-\

Well, Thanks guys..  :P :P

No you don't. Wait until you see a side view of a zipped-up fully loaded organizer (or try to pocket-carry one). I can tell you first-hand that they're not so nice and flat and neat as they look in these shots when they're closed. :-\ Gareth's organizer, on the other hand, seems much more practical... :tu:

Thanks, but it's still to big to go in a pocket if I'm honest (just not flat enough) so it's going in a bag. :)

That's the trouble with them really - great for bags but a bit much for pockets when loaded up.

My Bills Urban fits in a pocket beautifully, but I wouldn't want anything bigger than that to be honest.

That looks amazing especially as it is custom built. Looks slightly smaller than the Maxped one and that's a good thing  :D

I would liked to have seen a loop in the middle of the Maxped one similiar to this UNIKIT  :salute:

Agreed they are not slimline but I guess this is dependent on the contents. When I get home I'll post some shots of a side view of my current set up  :)

At the minute I am using this as most others do; I put in my laptop work bag and if the laptop bag is not with me the organiser can be :D

Here is mine show from the side, as you can see it's just to fat to go in a pocket.

Maxped EDC Organiser Side View Pics
The current size is not an issue for me but I may slimline the contents to see what it would be like.

AHB, you need a Maxped EDC Organiser

I'll agree with what's been said - not really viable for pocket carrying, although I believe they are sized to fit the US BDUs, so it might be OK with them.

For me, it was all about simply keeping the stuff I tend to carry around together, to transfer from the Versipack, to the car, to a rucksack, to my laptop bag etc.

Is it necessary? Nope.

Is it useful? Hell yes :tu:
I used to come here a lot.

The reason I opted to get a Maxped EDC organiser is thus:

I tend to carry lots of stuff in my pockets now with the M.EDC.O I'll be able to know instantly what I'm taking out on any given day and without the need to turf out my pockets all the time, helpful when on a few occasions after sorting through my pockets I've found a lock knife in there that I forgot was there  :ahhh :ahhh :ahhh  :D

No - not at all.

I had the little card through the door saying they tried to deliver a package needing a signature that I'll have to retrieve tomorrow. I'm not expecting anythuing that would require a signature though

Oh yeah, then on the card it said "x3"  ???

I guess I'll find out in the morning :)
