so i was bummed out that i was shafted on the juice pro i was watching on ebay and started looking for a cybertool. i found one and it ends like mid day tom... i contacted the seller and asked if they would end the auction early if i offered enough and they said they'd think about it. but with it being so close to the end of the auction i think they said no. but its still sitting at a good price now, thats not to say that it wont jump up between now and then. i will admit if i dont get this one (i know there will be more) but i will be bummed.

I thought once an auction starts it can't be ended (to be fair to all).

unless they have changed it i think when it is still like a few days from ending it can be ended by the seller. my wife tends to buy a lot of clothes for our kids from ebay and i know she has found sellers who have ended the auction for her. (but she has also spent a LOT of money on the clothes)
