I have a slightly different version of it, and it is a little bulky for keychain carry unless you are Benner.  Nice concept, but I think they tried to pack too much stuff into it.  I'll try to get some pics up later on comparing it to the ResQMe and BM Houdini tools.

I'm under the impression this tool is meant to be kept in the car, but not on the ignition key ring? This, the key and the alarm remote and it's a bundle too large for pockets.
What's nice is their use of the A23 battery, it's compact and can keep a LED running for very long. This format is sadly neglected in making big boy toys, only thing that uses it is the Glow-Toob line of lights.
