Cabela's Charge TTi Camo.

I just got this in one of the biggest boxes every shipped to me. I had to laugh at the absurdity of the situation.

But the content was rather nice.









I must admit, the camo is rather well done. I was actually prepared to not like it.

I think that camo is refered to as seclusion3D and BPS version is called realtree camo, do the names represent different colour schemes or patterns?.   Always wondered. :think:

I prefer the BPS ones tbh...

The Cabela's one is a tad bit less greenish for my likes...How is the black finish of the blades...I have seen people complain about the finish on the blades...

You'll like the camo...it is suprisingly very effective and durable from my uses...just one word of warning. Don't use the pocket clip on it as it wears the camo.

Nice score Chako.  :tu:  I really like that camo Charge and have been wanting to get one just havent done it yet. Does it have the newer tabs inside the handles.

There a little bars in the handle. They stop the plier head. The new ones are thicker and the older ones are thinner...check em with your Waves/Charges :)

My wife just sent me this picture of a Leatherman charge from Cabela’s that I purchase like 10 days ago and it’s finally here. Took a long time in the mail but it’s finally here lol.  I need some Info on this item from the Leatherman experts  :). When was this retired and do anyone know why the nylon sheath it’s not a camo like the one from chalo?

When packaged they may have already ran out of the camo sheaths  :shrug: just speculation though :D great find :like: and I will have to check to see when they were discontinued but I don't believe they were made for a very long time  :think: one of our Charge experts may know off the top of their head though  :salute: :tu:

I hope I can replace it otherwise I’m going to have to re sell it because I don’t like this pliers. I bought it thinking in replacing it .

The one Chako has is the old tti version. The one you have just bought is actually the new tti. It was only available for a short period of time I believe, as they went off stock fairly quickly.

Nethertheless, its a good buy. 👍🏻

Here is my Charge collection. Of those...the camouflage models come from Cabela's and Bass Pro Shop.



The non black oxide ones on the left are the Bass Pro Shop exclusives...of which I have a Charge XTi and a TTi.

The 4 on the right are the Cabela's exclusives..of which I have a Charge XTi, Ti, TTi, and a 2013+ new TTi on the far right.



I may be wrong on this but I think Bass Pro Shop only carried the XTi and TTi models. I think Cabela's only carried the XTi, Ti, and TTi models.
