I suspect you're right.

Without spending a single penny of her own cash, she has a Wave, PST II, Surge, various cheapy multis and of course, a Green Cadet. I have to admire that.

I used to come here a lot.

I'm posting just because the Cadets are wonderful.  The special run of colors, is almost all over; as we head into fall and winter we may not see more than the monochrome shades.

A new run of cadet colors would be wonderful, but I fear the dream of scissors is forever lost... except for those magicians that will conjure one up from the ashes.

The Gunmetal color is very nice, and I think now is rarest next to the copper; after that I think the Target Hunter Green is likey the next most rare, it might be the same as the Gunmetal due to smaller over all unit production.  The Red is likely most plentiful, still not too difficult to obtain.  The OD grean is very nice, if you don't have one grab one while you can.

A sad story... I recently missed a red alox vintage ribbed cadet on ebay... that was a sad day... what was I thinking.... Today I missed the rare alox executive... no one even bid on it except that smartknife collector of all good vintage... he walked away with it for a song.... damn meetings...


BACK on topic.  my OD Cadet has been in my pocket since I got it.  I like all the colors, it's like a knife for all occasions... just choose the color.

I only have Gunmetal and Orange (thanks to Neil), and I never carry them. I just like pawing them from time to time.

Merit Badges Post your pocket dump photos then challenge two more members who must post their pocket dump photos within 24hrs for you to get the badge.
