Given how sharp they are out of the box, I'm amazed and impressed that they don't use a jig to set the angle when they're sharpening - if I tried to do it the way they are there'd be no blade left by the time I got it right. Love the laser set up they use to check it afterwards.

The cheapy plastic ones work okay, but the all metal ones are a lot nicer. Still, plastic is better than nothing. :-\
