I have a few of those under a different name. They are ok if bulky on a key-chain.

I get them for $1.99 from a fishbowl at the hardware store. The screwdrivers are soft- I got them to see if the philips was good as something to put with my Compact.

I honestly don't see what's so special about it.  It's literally nothing more than the typical bottle opener often given out as a promotional item with a couple extra screwdrivers on it.   

For $4, no, but I've I happen upon one at the $2 price point, it may be worth trying out.
