Yes, several actually for both Wenger and Victorinox.

For Victorinox they are more uncommon while Wenger knives have many models with fully or partially serrated blades.

84mm-There is a fully serrated Recruit model

91mm------There is a fully serrated Spartan, and several special models with partially serrated main blades(ie, Mckinley, Rainier)

111mm----several of these have fully serrated blades(ie, Picknicker, Helmsman, Skipper, Mariner)

another odd one is the fully serrated Bakers knife

Here is a Rainier blade with a partially serrated blade;

Here is a fully serrated blade on a Spartan model;

Sure.

Just kidding with that one, but depends on what size you want, the regular ones or large ones like wenger ranger/vic OHT. Large ones all have serrated, regular ones I think only wenger has.

The easiest way recently has been to buy the Picnic set 4.2431 available from Victorinox Stores in the US, or you can have a local Vic dealer order it.  You might check Amazon, as well as ebay for the knife itself.

What I really want is a full serrated locking blade.  Which I know is available on Wenger's serrated master, but I don't need all the components. Wenger's S18 would be perfect except for the plain edge blade and I don't need a saw.
I am thinking about modding a survivor to get what I want.

One of the very useful list for working out the age of a SAK is this one: http://e-webtechnologies.com/sak/Victorinox_SAK_History_Urs_Wyss_-_Updated_12_FEB_08.pdf

One of the clearest indicators i can see is that it looks like it has a smooth corkscrew, so it must come from after 1991.
