Not looking for a trade, but if you want to purchase outright, I have a SwissGrip for sale, it's got red handles with original sheath, the bit holder, and the three bits included.  I have it in Craigslist for $75 at following URL>>http://providence.craigslist.org/tls/1417750247.html

Pictures aren't very good, but the SwissGrip is in like new condition, basically has sat in my drawer for last 10 years.
