SwissGrip question

I have recently gotten a swissgrip without the bit kit, I am looking for a substitute way to use other bits besides the 1/4 hex in the side of the body. I have a Gerber bit adapter like you have seen in this thread: http://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,11489.0.html and I am wondering if it would work with the SwissGrip. I put on there to test the fit and it's not on there real good and has wiggle room but would the screwdriver take it without damage? It does not sit anywhere near as low as the Wenger bit kit adapter. Am I playing with fire or should I use a 1/4 hex adapter and just plug it into the body of the tool?

If the adapter wiggles much, it might tend to round the edges of the screwdriver Dave.


Have you tried asking Felinevet Tim if he can get replacement adapters?

I can ask, I know when I asked him about a sheath he said no he could not get his hands on one.

Dave I found the charter member tool bit goes well into the SwissGrip's body , if you find a supplier of bits that fit well over the screw driver tool I would be keen to also get one.
