I was a tool & die maker for 25 years. Now I supervise the tooling and prototype department of a small manufacturer.

I generally carry my TTI. For the last few days I've been carrying a Vic Ranger paired with a Skeletool. They work well together with little duplication (except blades)

Currently I’m a Contractor on Battlefield in IRAQ installing countermeasure systems on armored vehicles. for the US Army  But, I may look into becoming a Superhuman Mutant Zombie Pirate Ninja, that sound pretty cool.  I was carrying a Leatherman Juice S2 but recently upgraded to a SOG PowerLock.  I’m still getting used to it, but having to unfold the handles to get at the knife is frustrating.  We’ll see how she holds up.

Cheers,
George

I'm retired military, retired federal employ, and retired skiptracer, now I take care of the grandkids, and the four single women that live around me,and of course honey do's for the wife.

Have carried some sort of multi tool with me for the last quarter century, mostly a different one every week, right now it's a skeletool, and Vic Classic.

  :drink:& :salute:

I do autopsies.

and stuff like that.  No, I don't use my MT's or SAKs during that work, but I do fix lab equipment as needed with them.  I can carry what I want, but no guns.

I am retired from a major telecom company . I now work part time as a sexton. The Skeletool I carry on the job saves many trips to the tool room.

It just goes to show that Multitool members are smarter than average people because they deal with a better clientele.  I can think of a lot of people I'd like more if they were dead!  :P

Anyway, back on track...

I'm a desk jockey so not much use for an MT unless someone needs a box of copy paper opening. They can be a real bugger sometimes...

I am an Engineering Technician for a major Telecommunications carrier in Canada. This job has me in the field quite a bit and I find myself using MTs on a daily basis.

I have been thinking of just carrying a tool because I wear coveralls at work and nobody can see it anyway.

The bad thing is that I work at a place where there is a lot of salt in the air and a tool gets very rusty just sitting in the center console of my truck.
