Just curious, does the PST have a date code? If so, what is it?

It does, it reads 0498 on one handle and 049_ on the other; the second handle's stamping leads me to believe it's an 8, however maybe only the first curves of the number are visible, if even that.

This thread is becoming unwieldy, could a Mod lock it, please? I'm going to start a new thread with a better listing and run down, as I've learned the length is beginning to aggravate people, and I'd rather not have that happen, so a new thread will look better for us all.
