An outdoor program following Lars as he spends a full year in the North of Norway.  Even some multitool use in the first part at about 4:40.

Be excellent to each other and always know where your towel is.

I have been watching these off and on for the last week or so and really enjoyed the series :tu: I am glad that they were subtitled but had they not been the scenery alone would have been enough a truly beautiful country and really glad there was a link to it  Are there anymore wilderness ppl like Lars and Ray Mears out there that I haven't heard about? If so please tell me because these are some of my favorite type shows  :salute:

Mors Kochanski and Lofty Wiseman have both made the odd TV appearance :)

And then there's the excellent Les Hiddins, aka the Bushtucker man :salute:

So you like one of my role models, Lars is a very down to earth guy and he is doing it big in Norway and he is making lots of MONEY by just spending time in the bush and filming what he is doing. I really liked the show where he walked across Canada, he used 3 years doing it and he did not spend one night in a fancy hotel like other people do, I will not mention the name Bear Girl.

The difference with Lars and Ray is that Lars is taking trips just for the fun of it and he doesn’t do the survival bit that Ray does in his show.
There is no problem that cannot be solved by the use of high explosives.
