John posted a fun giveaway, an since it's his item to give away, it's his choice on who to give it to. No moderator here is going to dictate to John, or anyone else, hat they are to do with their on belongings. The details of the "contest" are meant in fun and are not legally binding.

Maybe the choice was right, maybe it wasn't- that's open to interpretation, and while your interpretation may be different, it isn't your decision to make.

And, as I said, it as meant to be a fun thing. Please do not take the fun away from other members.

Dough, as Def has stated this was all for fun and I'm sorry you're upset. I like to do crazy little contests and giveaways now and then as I think it helps bring the forum closer together. In the future I will run all contests and giveaways by a Moderator to make sure there are firm rules set. I think this takes some of the fun out of the contests, but I don't want anyone upset here. Please pm me your address and I'll send you out an Atwood as well. I really didn't mean to cause any problems here, but I did state that the Moderator's decision would be the final say.
