Where is all that water coming from?!

Maxpedition 8 x 12 pistol case

I'm looking for a small (thin) bag to carry some A4 size papers. I was thinking of the 8x12 pistol case from Maxpedition. But after some measuring 8" is seems just not enough to fit A4 papers. Does anybody have experience with this bag or a better suggestion? Preferable not to, you know..
