111mm SAK scales, sheath for Trekker

Have the 111mm SAK scales always been the nylon like material?
Thinking about a Victorinox sheath for a OHTrekker, any ideas of the proper size?

As far as I'm aware they've always been nylon. There's a whole bunch of pouches that will fit. Best bet is to grab the 2009 catalogue from Vics. site and have a peruse.

They have smooth leather sheaths in black and brown, but I'm kind of fond of the denim one they have. I just wish they had snap closures, rather than velcro on everything.
