Well, I can't do a step by step for you, but.....

I use a Spyderco Sharpmaker, and the accompanying DVD shows you exactly how to do it :tu:
I used to come here a lot.

It may be easier to buy another.  I think there are some used Micras for $9 shipped over at www.edcsource.com

How badly are the blades dulled?  Are there dings or chips?

I had a pair once where the previous owner sharpened it with a file. It was poorly done but worked.
