I feel a little guilty I didn't pick my Huntsman which served me well for 30 years.
Or my Hunter which has been on all my holidays to Europe and the USA.
Picking just 5 is hard.  :rant:

A little quick scribbling and so far the top 5 are:

1. Farmer
2. Alox Soldier (includes SI)

Those two are far in front. The rest of the pack:

3. (tie) OHT and SwissChamp  (OHT wins if you include New Soldier with it)

5. (multi tie) Tinker, Super Tinker, Huntsman, Rambler, Classic

and rounding out the top 10 is a tie for the Pioneer Harvester and MiniChamp(s).

I really feel the rambler should be the new Classic. Put them next to each other and the diference in thickness is really only academic.  :think:

These aren't the top 5, they are just the 5 that suit my needs.


1. Victorinox Swisschamp XLT
2. Victorinox [/size]Swisschamp (if no XLT available)

Alox is a different matter. They are all good, although you loose some tools and TnT. Let's say a Pioneer X or a possible Pruner X.
